Congratulations Fafa

Congratulations to Fafa on his wedding!!
Yesterday was Fafa's wedding at UIAM in Gombak. Went there with OCs in a MMU bus. I'm so excited about it as it is the first wedding for OC 08/09 and it was the first time I attend a Malay wedding.
What's better is that we are expecting double happiness this year - we have 2 OC weddings this year, Fafa's and Edry's.
So touched to see 2 people that are bond together by marriage. It's a promise of a lifetime, a promise to be together through thick and thin and share of undying love between two person.
Wish Fafa and ber wife happily ever after. Can't wait for the first OC baby to be born!

On the other note, congratulations to Edry and his wife for your marriage! May you and your wife be happily ever after =) Can't wait for the OC babies from both of you~

It's so wonderful to see people found the love of their life and bond together on this special. I wonder when is mine?

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Have a Merry Christmas everyone!

Every year, the most attractive thing in the shopping malls during Christmas season is the decoration. And people sure love it, taking tons of pictures with the decoration. The decoration gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling, and it never fails to brighten my mood. I love the Christmas decoration of the malls I visited & wanna share it here =)

Mid Valley & Circus

It's the circus ring of Mid Valley!
(Reminds me of Britney: ~All eyes on me in the centre of the ring just like a circus~)

Ikano Power Centre & White Christmas

Traditional white christmas with a house (with chimney for Santa of course!). Love the snow (made of polystyrene) that scattered around.

Bangsar Village (New Wing) & Go Green

Bangsar Village with its go green theme. Look at the tree made of plastic bottles. Wonder how long does it take to create it.

Bangsar Village (Old Wing) & Gingerbread man

Gingerbread men hanging from the top so that they won't ran away *grin*

There is a display of houses made by kids using food! Yummy!

1 Utama (New Wing) & Alice In Wonderland

Blue and yellow lights illuminating the trees!

Cards and garden inspired by Alice In Wonderland.

Countdown to Christmas with the Clock!

Hope you all will be loving the decoration cos I'm loving it! In Christmas mode now~

On the other note, I travelled to Seremban with the SDCians for a Christmas lunch at Alvin's house. Travelled in Din's new Persona. He loves his new car - he did not pushed more than 110kmh at the highway while the others just sped away. It's amazing that his car travelled 440km after he got his car just yesterday!

Special thanks to Alvin for the special treat at his home in Seremban. The lunch is fantastic. Yummy!

~Merry Christmas~

Merry Christmas everyone!!

It's the Yuletide season again! People had been asking me of my plan for Christmas. Well, no plans for me. Ai Ping and me decided to just go to Alamanda for a simple dinner. I heard from sis that Ken is at 1 Utama and thus, I called him. Thankfully he can give us a lift for both of us back to Cyberjaya so we changed our plan to go to 1 Utama.

Met Su Yi at the bus stop and she gave us a lift to Kelana Jaya Station, which saved us the trouble of taking buses to get there. Thanks Su Yi! We took Ikano shuttle bus and we discovered the beautiful decoration in Ikano as we reach there! It's white christmas in Ikano! What next? Take pictures, of course!

Very much in Love with the decoration in Ikano!

Walked to 1 Utama and took pictures of the Christmas decoration which is inspired by Alice in Wonderland. We were really hungry after that as it was already 9.30 pm! Most of the eateries are full house so we just settled our dinner at Nando's as we were really hungry and we don't need to queue - the place is still full nevertheless.

Alice In Wonderland-inspired decoration

Love this cute cute tree!

Ai Ping with the trees... I was about to take picture with the trees when lights are off... grr!

Met up with Ken and Sophia and walked to The Curve. The place is crowded. Met a lot of MMU students and even my secondary schoolmates there! People there started to play foam spray even before 12! Those people will just spray anyone, even though they do not know you. It's total chaos at the struck of 12am - Foam and ribbons everywhere that one will thought it's snowing!

Sat with Green Club members at the cafe before heading back to Cyberjaya with Ken and Sophia as we have another plan in the morning... Alvin's house, here we come!

P/s: Such a lucky day for me with Ken and Su Yi gave me a lift and I got to see beautiful Christmas decorations!

The Day Where I Got Locked Out of Room

What a bummer for me today. I went to wash my hands in toilet and locked my room's door. As soon I went back to my room, I discovered the worst thing happened, I forgot my keys! My room mates are not in room, and my phone is in my hostel room!

Luckily for me, I remembered my room mate said that she will be in FOE building to do her assignment and I walked there in my not-so-presentable clothes (I wore a T-shirt and shorts). Lady luck must be on my side as halfway through, my room mate is walking back to room!

And yes, I am back into my cosy little room.

Learnt a lesson, I will be careful in future, as luck may not always be on my side. Who knows, I might get locked out of my room while my roomies are somewhere far. I don't want to pay freaking RM20 just to open the door!

Totally Pissed!

I'm totally pissed today. My dad is even more pissed then.

I waited for an 40 minutes while he waited for an hour.

I don't have that much patience as my father, I grumbled and mumbled while my dad kept silent. Really admire his level of patience. Maybe that comes with maturity and experience. I should learn from him.

How could people have fun at the expense of others' time? Time is gold. That's so unforgivable. Who can I blame for this?

Enough said. I'm off to cool down myself.

Girls' Day Out

My day starts early today. Sharron, Wan Teang and me suddenly decided to hang out and off we went to Sunway Pyramid half an hour after we decided the location.

Today is special for me because there are a few firsts for us. It is the first time...
... we hang out together in Sunway Pyramid.
... Wan Teang drives to a location together with us.
... Wan Teang drives to Sunway Pyramid.

What can you expect when 3 girls hang out together? Shopping, of course! We were so excited with the discounts offered and this is the good time for us to shop for Chinese New Year clothes. Sharron and Wan Teang bought some clothes respectively while I ended up empty handed. Christmas is just around the corner, so the mall is decorated with trees and decorations that gives warm feeling of the festive season.

Christmas trees made of lights at the main court... brighten up my day =)

Tired of shopping, we had our lunch at Waffle World. I ordered Tuna sandwich while they order chocolate waffle and banana walnut waffle. Prices of the waffles are reasonable by the waffles not as crispy and tasty as those from Alamanda food court. I miss those waffles in Alamanda - the crispy and hot waffle that blends well with cold ice cream.

Me love to hang out with the girls =) Can't wait our 'firsts' in future :D

The Blogger Me

Keat Yee is back to blogging atmosphere!

It seems like everyone complaining that my blog is full of cobwebs after not updating it for abount 5 months. People keep bugging me, asking me about lack of updates in my blog, and thought that I'm all lost from the scene. However, I'm here to inform that I'm not lost. I'm still Keat Yee, and I still like blogging =)

Well, let me explained why there's lack of update in my blog. As you may have notice by now, my last post is on 15 June 2008, 2 days before my internship is expected to start. During internship, working hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Back to home by 7, had my dinner, bathe, watch TV and before you know that, you are asleep while watching TV. It might sounds peculiar, but gosh, I was too tired everyday.

After a whole day of facing computer screen and typing while working, the last thing that I want to do while at home is facing the computer screen and get disconnected from the world. For goodness sake, I feel sick of computers that I suspect that I am a computer-phobic.

No worries. I am back and will keep you all updated about me!

Thanks to my blog readers for bugging me. That means you all still care about me =)

Love,
Keat Yee
