Imagine a psycho dad, Josef Fritzl that locks his daughter, Elisabeth for 24 years and repeatedly rape her until she gave birth to 7 children. This news is reported in Daily Mail and The Star. Click on the links for more details.
Father should be protective of his own children, yet he did the opposite. Imagine the trauma and mental torture that his daughter went through this 24 years... I can't imagine that. He sure is a psycho, a cruel, vile beast, and a brutal dictator. Gotta lock this beast up for the remaining of his life. I bet he couldn't even survive for 24 years more from now.
Poor Elisabeth and her children, the mental scars that have been caused by his father could not be wiped off just like that. The rest of their life will sure a tough one for them. Thousands of hours counseling will not cure the damage caused. The life of children that are being locked up is incomparable to the 3 children that are lucky enough to live with their grandfather (or should them call him father?).
How could anyone not suspecting something amiss escially his wife?

It has one page full story on the Japanese newswpaper as well.I tell you this guy is insane.
About why other people has sense nothing amiss,it seems that the way people live there respect privacy.But in fact they just aren't nosy people.
And it seems like the authorities there are lack of efficiency.Sick story.

Yeah. The story is so sickening. Seems like the ignorance of the people there that caused this problem.
But still that's his own daughter and he treats her this way!
Well, hopefully justice will be prevailed.
